FIELD SERVICE SUPPORT
Field service support is CNS’s specialty. Our technical teams will respond in with in four hours of your call (unless on a preferred services plan). CNS’s staff are certified technicians hardware, as well as fluent in all Windows platforms, and a number of business applications common in today’s business environments.
Field services is what we do at CNS. Whether your problem is a printer jamming, or the network is down. At CNS we will respond with in 4 hours. If your printer is down, we’ll come out with the part the first time to get you going in most cases same day. Our group of field technicians is fluent in both hardware diagnosis as well as software resolutions.
